The Role: PAINTING Site Supervisor (Manchester)

We're looking for an experienced and motivated PAINTING Site Supervisor to join our growing team, for painting works on a prestige project.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about delivering high-quality work, maintaining strong client relationships, and supervising teams with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site painting operations and ensure works are delivered on time and to budget Liaise effectively with clients and internal teams Organise and coordinate labour, materials, and equipment as per project needs Ensure work is completed to a high standard and in line with company expectations Uphold health & safety protocols and always ensure compliance Supervise and support site operatives and subcontractors Maintain accurate site records and supervise client instructions effectively
What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor

with painting experience. Solid understanding of technical aspects of site. Good IT skills preferable Strong supervisory , communication, and problem-solving skills Confident supervising multiple projects and site teams simultaneously SMSTS certification and a valid UK driving licence (both essential)
