Responsibilities:

Front line supervisor, responsible for control of subcontractors on site, to the highest quality and safety standards and to the satisfaction of the customer. Hold appointment as NSAG (Nuclear Safety Procedure) Coordinator with accountability for ensuring works are undertaken in compliance with approved NSAG Procedures. Support in reviewing and challenging construction and commissioning methodologies for buildability and cost effectiveness. Provide technical support and advice to pre-construction teams in relation to the buildability of proposed solutions. Ensure all staff and subcontractors promote a safety and environmental conscious culture on site. Assist in reviewing and implementing safe systems of work for mechanical and electrical site activities, including risk assessments and method statements and impact/ contingency plans. Responsible for the implementation, monitoring and reporting of the mechanical and electrical installation and activities Ensure the quality of site installations is correct first time. Coordinate installation testing activities. Contribute to the achievement of customer performance targets and Perfect Delivery. Site records are maintained and submitted on time for works under their command.
