About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on our sites across the Midlands.

Note that this role requires working away and night work.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Manage a team of workers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols. Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects. Maintain accurate records of work performed, incidents, and personnel activities. Address any issues or conflicts that arise among team members promptly and professionally. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Skills

Proven experience in a supervisory role in a Civil Engineering environment CSCS Supervisor card and SMSTS/SSSTS Solid understanding of Civil Engineering principles, Drainage, Earthworks and Road constructions. Conversant with principal contractor duties and ITP Quality checks Strong management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Proficient in using relevant software for reporting and record keeping.

Pay: 185.55 per day
