Summary

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our team at AW Rail Services. In this role, you will oversee site operations, ensuring that the project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to quality and safety across all rail projects.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily site operations and manage workforce activities. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site. Coordinate with project managers to align on project goals and timelines. Monitor progress of work against schedules and report any discrepancies. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards. Provide guidance and support to team members in their roles.

Requirements

PTS card. Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or rail industry. Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively. Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and contractors. Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the rail sector is essential.
