We have a fantastic opportunity for a Site Supervisor to join the team, based at TeesWorks.

This is a 6-month, fixed-term project.





Our Nuclear & Infrastructure division has extensive experience in the specialist, highly regulated nuclear, transport (road and rail), process industries and power and energy sectors. Providing award winning design teams, utilising state-of-the-art design software and Tekla detailing facilities to offer customers value engineering. This gives a mix of proven success along with modern, innovative design and fabrication ideas to be able to provide a quality, specialised service to a growing market. They continue to set the

in their highly regulated market!

Vacancy Details



In the Site Supervisor position you will oversee the safe and efficient production of Anode Cages.



You'll lead sub-contract teams across processing, fabrication, welding, and despatch, ensuring targets are met on time and to the highest quality.



Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


Supervise day-to-day Anode Cage production. Work alongside the Sub-Contractor Supervisor. Ensure safety compliance, PPE use, and deliver toolbox talks. Liaise with Document Control, SHE, and Quality teams for smooth operations.



Key Skills & experience



Proven experience as a Team Leader / Supervisor (or higher) in steel manufacturing / production. Strong knowledge of day-to-day operations in a steel fabrication environment. Relevant trade / operational qualifications and certifications. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Safety-driven mindset with the ability to enforce compliance. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
