We are a passionate team of multi-talented construction professionals.?We are looking to recruit a friendly, high performing and motivated individual who takes pride in their profession, to join us on a full-time basis and for the long term.??Using your high standards to deliver quality results, we are looking for a Site Supervisor to join us to support our teams and sites across Cornwall.

Typical work could include new builds, renovations, refurbishments, alterations, and planned/reactive maintenance.? Typical clients include Local Authority, Hospitals, Social Housing providers, Schools, Police and Colleges together with private and commercial customers.? We also have an exciting Apprenticeship Programme so you can have some support and enjoy the rewards of developing the next generation of skilled trades in our brand-new construction skills training centre.

Must have the following:

CSCS Card Full, clean driving licence Minimum NVQ Level 2 in a trade discipline Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) certificate Comfortable and experienced managing the delivery of construction projects in excess of 1,500,000 in value Experience managing and motivating teams of directly employed and subcontract labour Have a positive can-do attitude with the ability to work at a good pace Good time keeping with ability to plan your own workload Excellent customer service skills Organised, proactive, reliable, approachable and be able to solve problems unaided
The following is desirable:

Emergency First Aid at Work Good IT skills and familiarity with using a range of Microsoft and Project Management software Experience with both JCT and NEC Forms of Contract NVQ Level 3 in a trade discipline NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certificate IPAF
