Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee operations at our site. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage teams effectively. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily site operations and manage the performance of team members. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication. Conduct regular inspections of the site to monitor progress and quality of work. Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively. Maintain accurate records of site activities, including attendance and incident reports.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably within the construction or facilities management sector. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the industry is essential. Proficiency in using relevant software for reporting and documentation is advantageous.
