Site Supervisor
to oversee construction projects in Solihull. This role is on asubcontract basis
, with work provided according to project demand. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating labour, ensuring health & safety compliance, and delivering high-quality site operations.Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities Ensure strict compliance with health and safety standards Manage subcontractors, trades, and labourers on site Monitor project schedules and quality of work Report regularly to project managers and stakeholders Maintain accurate site records and documentation
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction role
Valid CSCS card (essential)
SSSTS/SMSTS certification (preferred) Strong knowledge of UK construction health & safety practices Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively Good problem-solving and organisational skillsPay & Benefits
Day rate: 150 - 175
