Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general site maintenance and cleaning duties. Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure tasks are completed correctly. Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required. Help with the assembly or disassembly of structures or equipment. Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

Experience

Previous experience in a labouring or construction role is preferred but not essential. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Basic knowledge of health and safety practices in a construction environment is advantageous. Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks throughout the day. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
