Job Description

The primary role of the Site Supervisor is to successfully oversee the efficient running of the Plot 3 site. Responsibilities will include the operation of stock control, cleaning, maintenance and repair of container reserves stored onsite. Additionally, the Site Supervisor will be responsible for a small team and the Health and Safety on site at all times.

Key responsibilities and duties

To ensure that the level of housekeeping is maintained to the highest standard Ensure that traffic flow on site is safe and efficient so that vehicles can access and egress site quickly Parking management of company vehicles Stock control and organisation of various types of containers - will include cleaning, maintenance and repairs to breakages Ensure that staff adhere to the correct safety protocols Be adaptable within the team - covering absence and different roles if required Leading a small team alongside the Engineering Manager with a positive, enthusiastic and safety minded culture Be efficient in the reporting of any accidents/incidents or near misses Responsibility for the security of the building and site, including the opening and closing of the premises, alarm setting and potential callouts

Key Skills

Previous experience in a similar role and environment is essential Must be able to drive a FLT Competent in providing a professional approach at all times when interacting with all members of staff and visitors Appreciation of confidentiality and discretion Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and a methodical approach The ability to communicate clearly and confidently with a range of people Strong teamwork skills are essential

Pay: 15.80 per hour
