Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee operations at our project sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and a proven track record in supervising teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating activities, managing resources, and maintaining safety protocols on-site.

Duties

Supervise daily operations on-site, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently, effectively and to programme. Monitor the progress of work and provide regular updates to management regarding project status. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections. Manage site resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, to optimise productivity. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of site activities, including attendance, work completed, and incidents. Foster a positive working environment by promoting teamwork and communication among staff.

Skills

Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Previous supervising experience in a construction. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and client. Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges on-site. A keen eye for detail to ensure quality control throughout all phases of the project.
