Job Summary

We are looking for a practical and reliable

Site Supervisor/Labourer

to support daily operations on our construction sites. This is a hands-on role, combining supervision of small teams and subcontractors with general site duties such as material handling, deliveries, and site clearance. The role is well suited to someone with site experience who is ready to take on more responsibility.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate all construction site activities, workers, and subcontractors. Assist in the coordination of daily site activities. Carry out labouring duties including site clearance, loading/unloading, and material handling. Ensure health & safety regulations are followed on-site. Monitor site cleanliness and organisation. Support with scheduling, basic documentation, and reporting as required. Manage and record deliveries of materials, tools, and equipment. Provide practical support to the Site Manager and wider project team. Travel nationwide, staying away and out-of-hours work may be required. Supporting Stores and Procurement team Labour Tasks site specific Site Clearance and materials collections

Requirements

Previous site experience in a supervisory or labouring capacity. CSCS card (essential). SSSTS Strong communication and teamwork skills. Full clean driving licence. Flexible approach to travel and working hours. Knowledge ofCRM/Job Management systems (e.g., SimPro).
