Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee operations at our project sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily activities, supervising staff, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within specifications.

Must be willing to travel as we work on projects Nationwide.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Supervise site personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate project progress. Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure quality and H&S standards are met. Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports and incident logs. Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

SSSTS or SMSTS CSCS Card Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or related industry. Strong ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead a team effectively. Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to the construction industry. Proficient in using relevant software for project management and reporting purposes. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
