Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage operations at our various construction sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Duties

Supervise daily operations on-site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinate and manage site activities and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise promptly. Maintain clear communication with project managers, subcontractors, and team members. Conduct regular inspections of work completed to ensure quality standards are met. Utilise Builder trend (project management software) for project planning and scheduling to optimise workflow. Provide training and mentorship to junior staff and labourers on-site. Prepare reports on project status, including timelines and resource utilisation.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry. Full UK driving license. Strong management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances. A valid construction-related qualification or certification is preferred.
