Overview:



We're seeking a versatile and proactive

Media Assistant & Site Surveyor

who will take on a combined role of assisting with media documentation (capturing footage) on-site while also quoting jobs based on surveys. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in both creative and technical roles, with the ability to work independently and travel to various job sites. A full driving license is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:



Site Surveys & Job Quoting:



Visit job sites to assess project needs and gather relevant data. Take measurements, evaluate site conditions, and identify potential challenges. Prepare accurate job quotes based on gathered information, working closely with the team to ensure pricing and scope align with client expectations. Provide insights on the feasibility and scope of the work from a technical perspective.

Onsite Footage & Media Documentation:



Capture video footage and photographs of the team working onsite for progress tracking, quality assurance, and internal documentation. Ensure media is clear, focused, and effectively highlights the work being done, but no social media posting is required. Organize and store footage securely for future reference or internal use.

Collaboration & Communication:



Liaise with team members to ensure clear communication and smooth project flow. Provide regular updates on job quotes, site conditions, and media documentation.

Admin & Reporting:



Maintain accurate and organized records of all site surveys, quotes, and media captured. Assist with other administrative duties related to media collection and job quoting as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:



Valid

full driving license

and the ability to travel to various job sites. Basic knowledge of construction/site surveying practices or willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail when capturing footage and documenting sites. Comfortable using video and photography equipment to document job progress. Experience or ability to create accurate job quotes based on site surveys. Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of basic office software (Word, Excel, etc.) for documentation and reporting.

Preferred Experience:



Familiarity with basic site surveying or construction processes. Comfortable using software or tools for quoting and estimating (e.g., Excel, specialized quoting software).
