As a Site Technical Admin with Sodexo, you'll enhance the services of our vibrant corporate site, offering a helping hand to ensure flawless facilities operations and keep things running smoothly.

What you'll do:

Support technical teams with compliance and administration Act as the go-to for technical admin processes Maintain compliance records, audits, and action logs Manage contractor and supplier administration, including POs Track financial, asset, training, and maintenance data Liaise with helpdesk and stakeholders to manage work orders Provide professional administrative and communication support

What you'll bring:

Experience in an administrative role Basic experience or understanding of building and facilities engineering Exposure to a technical or engineering environment Strong IT and organisational skills High attention to detail and compliance focus Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach Ability to manage priorities independently and within a team
