Responsibilities
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors to facilitate project execution.
Document progress on-site and report any discrepancies or issues to project management.
Assist with the preparation of daily reports, including recording materials used.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the construction process.
Verify that works undertaken on site are to specifications and design requirements.
Participate in safety meetings and enforce compliance with safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with team members
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges.
A valid driver's license and car to travel to various construction sites as required.
