Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Site Training Officer to join our team in the UK.

Foyle Campsie

requires a Site Trainer.

The successful candidate will report to Site Management and will be responsible for the introduction of new personnel to their respective roles within all production areas of the plant.

Working in line with Company SOP's, H&S, HR and Technical Procedures.

The Site Trainer will also support Department Managers with the upskilling of current operatives.

Essential Criteria:

Minimum of 3 years' experience working within a production role in the Red Meat Industry

Working knowledge of the production flow within a food processing environment - ideally meat.

Working knowledge /understanding of Technical, H&S, HR procedures

Excellent personnel and attendance record

Demonstrate the ability to instruct individuals or groups

Ability to communicate across all levels of the Organisation

Desire to learn new skills across all departments with a positive 'can do' attitude.

Previous experience of Training Staff, Delivering Training, Inductions.

Administrative skills and computer literacy to include excel

Desirable Criteria:

Proven knife skills with ability to sharpen and maintain equipment

Train the Trainer Qualification or willingness to undertake.
