We are looking for a Site Welfare Set Up Operative to join our Infrastructure Water team in Peterborough.

What you'll do:

To attend numerous sites and to liaise with Site Managers, Electricians and Ops. Organise and plan yourself and others in most cost-effective way Join in the with the development of a team to reach their potential Team performance to specification and work instructions Understand the need for maximum utilisation

What you'll bring to the role:

Proactive, collaborative approach to site setup and logistics Strong commitment to health & safety and following RAMS/briefings Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple welfare setups across a wide geographical area Flexible and adaptable with a willingness to travel frequently Clear communicator who liaises effectively with site managers, electricians and ops teams
