Carmelcrest are a specialist construction company focused on delivering high-quality refurbishment projects for public sector clients, including the Healthcare and Education sector. We are expanding our outreach and are looking for a proactive individual to represent us directly at client sites.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a confident, personable, and self-motivated Sales Representative to carry out on-site visits to hospitals and schools. The role is primarily focused on initiating contact with decision-makers and generating leads for new business.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct professional sales visits to hospitals, schools, and other public sector premises. Introduce the company's services and capabilities Identify potential projects or needs and gather key information from stakeholders. Build rapport with facilities managers, procurement officers, and other relevant personnel. Maintain a detailed log of visits, contacts, and outcomes using CRM tools or provided systems.
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel daily.

Field-based across Hertfordshire, Cambridge, Essex, North London
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
