Position available for a dedicated reliable person to work with various trades within a small busy professional building company.
Experience in the building industry essential, and a general knowledge of various construction skills.
Will be expected to manage various trades and sub contractors, read construction drawings, manage jobs, organise sub contractors etc. And be willing to get there hands dirty and get stuck in.
Good rates of pay, rate dependant on experience.
Must have own transportation.
Local work only.
