Sitework Welder Fabricator

ISB Engineering Ltd has been an established business for over 39 years in Cherry Tree, Blackburn. We work in the building chemical, paper chemicals and other industries. We also build our trademark range of machinery, including mixers, filling machines and associated equipment such as storage tanks, silos and pipework.

We have an opportunity for a permanent position as a sitework Maintenance Fitter; we are seeking an experienced individual to join our team. ISB Engineering has expanded throughout the years, and with many further plans, we aim to continue this growth.

The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent attention to detail, and have a strong work ethic.

5+ years of hands-on experience. Must have a driving license. Good knowledge of MMA, TIG and MIG welding Confident in installing and commissioning new equipment. Must be able to operate power tools. Excellent problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Able to use bandsaw, guillotine, pillar drill and pyramid rollers.
We operate from Monday to Wednesday, 7.30-17.45. 7.30-16.45 Thursday. We do not work Friday. overtime may occasionally be required.
