Role Overview:
As a Rental Sales Agent at SIXT, you are the face of the business, delivering exceptional customer experiences while promoting and selling SIXT's full range of products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle rental transactions efficiently and manage customer queries professionally. Identify customer needs to offer suitable upgrades and additional products, maximising sales and satisfaction. Monitor vehicle availability and ensure smooth reservation and return processes. Accurately manage payments and branch operations, including opening/closing duties. Support the team with tasks such as vehicle checks, cleaning, refuelling, and driving as required, occasionally assisting at nearby branches.
