Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Skid Steer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating skid steer machinery and possess a strong understanding of construction site operations. This role involves performing various tasks related to excavation, material handling, and site preparation while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Duties

Operate skid steer loaders for digging, grading, and moving materials on construction sites. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Assist in site preparation by clearing debris and preparing surfaces for further construction activities. Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery. Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Skills

Proficient in operating skid steer machinery with a focus on digging and material handling. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues. CSCS/CPCS card or NPORS. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration. Ability to work in varying weather conditions and adapt to changing site requirements.
