The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills in various trades, enabling them to undertake diverse tasks within construction and maintenance projects. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Carry out fabrication and assembly tasks using hand tools and power tools. Perform carpentry and joinery work, ensuring precision and quality in all installations. Undertake roofing projects, including repairs and installations, while adhering to safety standards. Execute heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury. Engage in construction painting, providing a professional finish to various surfaces. Conduct plumbing tasks, including installation and repair of piping systems. Perform masonry work such as bricklaying and stonework to enhance structural integrity.

Skills

Proficient in fabrication techniques and assembly processes. Strong experience with hand tools and power tools for various applications. Knowledgeable in carpentry and joinery principles with an eye for detail. Familiarity with roofing materials and installation methods. Capability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively. Competent in construction painting techniques for both interior and exterior projects. Understanding of plumbing systems and ability to troubleshoot common issues. Skilled in masonry practices, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal in work completed.
