Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and skilled labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results, and be willing to learn new skills.

We are a family-run carpentry firm specialising in loft conversions but undertake other domestic building work to include extensions and full retrofitting. Day rate will vary depending on skill level and experience.

Responsibilities

Carry out general labouring duties, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required. Assist the team, providing support where necessary. Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency. Follow instructions efficiently Operate basic machinery and tools safely, adhering to all operational guidelines.

Skills

Proven experience with carpentry or in a labouring role is essential. Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks for extended periods. Good communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks as required.

Requirements

Own transportation is essential to travel to and from site loactions in Swansea and surrounding areas. Use of own basic tools is desired but not essential. References from similar experience.

Pay: 95.00-180.00 per day
