Job Description

T&M Group is looking for a motivated and reliable Skilled Civils Operative to join our team due to securing new Civil Engineering Projects as a Principal Contractor.

Ideal Candidate will have experience in some/all of the following;

Blue CSCS Card with a Civils related NVQ SSSTS Site Supervisor Competency- Desirable Abrasive wheel training CPCS/ NPORS Plant Competencies- Desirable Experience with constructing shuttering to design specification Experience with working with steel reinforcement Finishing concrete Undertaking Cube/ Slump testing as per T&M Procedure, recording findings Must be driven, motivated and focused on their tasks. Future progression through the company is welcome to the appropriate candidate. Full Clean Driving license
Working mostly across South Wales, maybe required to work across other areas of Wales & England occasionally.

The Role is aimed for an experienced civils operative who is capable of reading project plans, managing other site labour as a site supervisor and as a lead operative for projects on the ground while liaising with the Foreman and Project manager for T&M

This Role is aimed specifically for a Skilled Civils Operative who has experience in working on Civil Engineering/ Infrastructure Projects with being able to work on time and on budget. This will be for most of the time. However, the candidate may be required to work on other projects across T&M Group as a whole. Willingness to adapt to other groundwork/ landscaping Projects is a must in between Civils work to ensure the role will be permanent
