Key Responsibilities
Carrying out a range of civils works safely and efficiently
Operating plant and machinery
Working productively as part of a site team
Delivering tasks to programme and specification with minimal supervision
Maintaining high standards of workmanship at site level
Following all health & safety procedures and site regulations
Essential Requirements
Valid
CSCS Card
Clean UK Driving Licence
Proven experience as a skilled civils operative
Competent and confident working across all sites.
Strong understanding of health & safety on construction sites
Desirable (but not essential)
Additional plant tickets or relevant qualifications
Experience in highways, drainage, or infrastructure works
