skilled drainage professionals

to join our growing team and help us set new standards in construction.

What You'll Do

Read and interpret technical drawings and site documentation Set up and use trench boxes, drag boxes, and manhole boxes safely Install drainage accurately using pipe lasers Lay concrete, clay, and plastic pipes of all sizes with correct bedding, surrounds, and full testing Manage groundwater effectively, including pump selection and setup Backfill trenches and bench manholes to specification and high standards Work safely around live services, applying service-avoidance techniques Deliver external works including kerbs, edgings, slabs, and block paving Apply knowledge of underground drainage, road construction, kerbing, slab laying, and external works Carry out daily plant safety inspections and maintenance checks, reporting requirements to site management

What We're Looking For

CSCS Skilled Worker card

(or equivalent) Proven experience in

deep drainage

with strong technical ability Ability to work efficiently within drainage gangs or as part of a wider groundworks team Skilled in handling drainage materials, tools, and equipment

Desirable Skills & Experience

5+ years' experience

in groundworks and deep drainage CPCS/NPORS tickets (Telehandlers, Dumpers, Rollers)
Experience leading or working within drainage gangs/teams
