Welder / Fabricator - BT Lerson



Location:

Essex (with occasional site work at Stansted Airport)

Type:

Full-time | Overtime & Bonus Opportunities

BT Lerson is looking for

skilled Welder/Fabricators

to join our growing team. If you're experienced in

MIG and TIG welding

and have a passion for quality fabrication, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:



Perform MIG and TIG welding on

mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium

Fabricate and weld

components

Read and interpret

technical drawings

accurately Inspect finished parts for

quality and safety

Collaborate on projects across

aerospace, medical, and construction sectors

Occasionally work on-site at

Stansted Airport


What We're Looking For:



Proven experience with

high-quality MIG & TIG welding

Ability to work from

technical drawings

Strong teamwork and attention to detail Willingness to work on-site when required

CSCS card

is a plus, but not essential
