is an award winning arable and potato farming business.We are seeking a skilled and dedicated operator to join our team.
As an operator, you'll play a key role in our arable farming operations, helping us grow and harvest a variety of crops. From field preparation to cultivation, carting, and harvesting, your work will directly impact the success of our farming business.
Responsibilities
You'll be operating a range of modern agricultural machinery (tractors, destoners, trailers, etc.)
You'll undetake routine maintenance of machinery
You'll be working alongside the team to meet seasonal demands
You'll adhere to all health, safety, and environmental guidelines
Experience
Previous experience driving tractors and operating farm machinery
A strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons
