hard landscapers

to join our team and help deliver high-end, design-led gardens.

The Role

As a Skilled Hard Landscaper, you'll play a key role in constructing premium outdoor spaces. From precision stone paving and bespoke walls to water features and garden structures, you'll be hands-on in bringing designs to life.

This role is suited to a craftsperson who takes pride in their workmanship, thrives on technical challenges, and enjoys working to exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities

Build and install a wide range of hard landscaping features: natural stone and block paving, retaining and feature walls, fencing, decking, steps, bespoke structures, and water features Carry out accurate groundworks: excavation, drainage, sub-bases, levelling, and site preparation Read, interpret, and set out from technical drawings and specifications Operate tools and machinery safely and effectively Deliver projects to the highest standards of finish, quality, and safety Support colleagues to ensure smooth delivery of each project

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years' proven experience in

hard landscaping, groundworks, or construction

Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and landscaping machinery Strong ability to read and work from technical drawings/specifications Commitment to quality and attention to detail in every build A positive, team-focused attitude

Full UK Driving Licence (required)

Desirable:

Mechanical knowledge for equipment upkeep 7.5t licence

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
