We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, contributing to various projects across multiple sites. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of work sites, ensuring they are clean and organised.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts in completing projects on time.
Perform manual labour tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations while on site, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
Skills
Proven experience in a labour-intensive role is advantageous but not essential.
Ability to operate basic hand tools and power tools safely.
Strong physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
