We are seeking a reliable and experienced

Skilled Labourer

to join our team in St Austell, on a self-employed basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and hands-on experience in construction. You will be working across a range of residential projects, supporting trades and ensuring safe, efficient site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with general construction duties on-site Operate power tools and basic equipment safely and effectively Support tradespeople (bricklayers, carpenters, etc.) as required Help with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling Follow health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience in a construction or building site environment Competent with hand and power tools Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Ability to work as part of a team and take instruction Full UK driving licence
