Skilled Labourer for High-End Residential Projects

We are an established high-end bespoke furniture design, manufacture , installation and full interior refurbishment company for discerning clients in premium, design-led homes mainly in the City of London.

We are currently looking for a skilled labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and work well with others. This role is essential for supporting our operations to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to a very high standard.

Duties

Carry out general labouring tasks, including loading/unloading, lifting, carrying and moving materials as required, plus site prep. Maintain clean, organised and safe work areas Communicate clearly with all other on-site tradespeople, managers and occasionally clients Operate basic machinery/tools as needed, ensuring proper use and maintenance. Represent the company with professionalism, discretion and courtesy Take initiative and work efficiently with minimal supervision

Requirements

Must be CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) registered Basic DBS Check Certificate, dated within the last 6 months Good spoken English - able to follow instructions and liaise clearly with team and clients Experience in a similar labouring role is advantageous but not essential, as is working with multiple trades and an understanding of on-site etiquette Strong physical fitness and stamina to handle demanding tasks throughout the day Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required Respectful of high-end properties and the privacy of our clients
