We're seeking a
reliable and proactive Semi-Skilled Operative
to play a key role in decommissioning a bank in Matlock (DE4 3AR). This fast-paced, hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a team environment, values safety, and has experience in strip-out or decommissioning work.What You'll Do
:Dismantle fixtures and fittings with precision Safely remove equipment using hand tools and drills Prepare the site for a smooth handover Collaborate with a skilled team to meet project deadlines
What You Bring
:Experience
: Proven background in strip-out, decommissioning, or similar construction/demolition workTools
: Your own reliable hand tools and drill(s)Certification
: Valid CSCS card (essential)Skills
