We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment or on there own. As a Skilled Labourer, you will be responsible for various tasks that support our operations and contribute to the successful completion of projects.
Duties
Carry out manual labour tasks as directed by supervisors or project managers.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of work sites, ensuring they are clean and safe.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Follow instructions for assembling materials and equipment as needed.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Report any issues or hazards encountered during work to supervisors promptly.
Maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure and adapting to changing conditions.
Working off scaffolding at times.
Requirements
Previous experience in a labouring role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
Strong physical fitness and stamina, with the ability to lift heavy objects when required.
Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn new skills.
