CSCS Skilled Labourer - (Pre Plaster) Housing Site in Kettering

We have an excellent opportunity for a reliable, hard-working individual on a

housing site

in the

Kettering

area.

The Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive CSCS Labourer who can undertake a variety of tasks, with a strong emphasis on preparing plots for plastering.

Your duties will primarily include:



Pre-Plaster Duties:

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN PRE-PLASTER.

Skilled Labouring:

Assisting tradespeople and undertaking general skilled site labour as directed by the Site Manager.

Site Support:

Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the site, moving materials, and ensuring health and safety standards are upheld.
Essential Candidate Criteria

Valid

CSCS Card

is mandatory.

Proven experience as a Skilled Labourer, ideally with experience in pre-plaster/finishing duties.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to provide

recent, verifiable professional references

from previous construction employment.

Rate:

Highly competitive pay of

17.00 - 17.50 per hour

Busy New Build Housing Development. 8.5 Hrs
