Responsibilities

Carry out general labour tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Assist in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of structures or equipment. Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specification. Report any issues or concerns regarding equipment or site conditions promptly.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a skilled labour role is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with construction tools and machinery is advantageous. Strong physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy loads (up to 25 kg). Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills. Valid driver's licence is beneficial but not mandatory.
