We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to perform a variety of tasks in a physically demanding environment. As a Skilled Labourer, you will play an essential role in supporting various projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Duties

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of work sites, ensuring they are safe and organised. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Perform manual labour tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist with the installation, repair, or maintenance of structures or systems as needed.

Skills

Proficiency in using various hand tools and power tools is essential. Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour for extended periods. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and supervisors. Previous experience in construction or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
