Must hold a current driving licence.

Overview

As a Skilled Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various projects while ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Duties

Carry out general labour tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required. Operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively. Assist in the preparation of job sites, ensuring they are clean and organised. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals. Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular cleaning and basic maintenance. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others. Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a labour-intensive role is preferred but not essential. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team. Strong physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy items (up to 25 kg). Basic knowledge of health and safety practices on construction or industrial sites is advantageous. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
