Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate various machinery within a production environment. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to food safety protocols, and the capability to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient production processes.

Duties

Operate and monitor pasteurisers, ensuring optimal performance and quality output. Perform basic maths calculations for litres processed and adjust as required. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while maintaining high safety an quality standards. Maintain a clean and organised workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations. Help out in all areas of production we required.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate production machinery. Basic maths skills are essential for performing calculations accurately. Ability to work on your own or as a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
