A global engineering firm is expanding its gears manufacturing capability and is seeking experienced machinists for a high-precision production environment.

5 Axis Mill Turn Operators
- 5 positionsGrinders (External & Internal)
- 4 positionsDetailers (Benchwork)
- 2 positionsGear Cutters (Gleason / CNC)
- 2 positionsKey Equipment Experience:
Okuma U3000 (Fanuc controls) Studer S21 / S33 / S110 / S145 Phoenix 280C, Lorenz, Liebherr Shaper Klingelnberg & Optical Measurement systems
Qualifications
Required Skills:
5 Axis machining Cylindrical & internal grinding Gear cutting (Bevels, Rolling) CNC programming Klingelnberg & optical metrology
Training will be provided on specific machines, but prior process experience is essential.
