We are seeking a highly skilled Multi Trader to join our team on a self employed CIS basis within the building sector.

LT Property Improvements Ltd are looking for someone to join our hardworking team. We are a busy and growing, family-run Hailsham based building company that specialises in all aspects of property improvements these include, extensions, loft conversions, garage conversions, kitchens, bathrooms and refurbishments.

We are looking for a highly skilled tradesperson who has prior experience in a similar role to perform a variety of tasks relating to home renovations and improvements including kitchen installations, general carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting and decorating or any combination of these.

We will provide company branded t-shirts and jumpers and you will have access to work vehicles (manual) during the working day.

The ideal candidate will need to be polite, well presented and have the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team while maintaining our high work and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

Construction Knowledge:-

Apply your knowledge and experience to a wide range of construction tasks, including but not limited to pluming, tiling, carpentry, basic electrical work and painting and decorating.

Project Management:-

Be able to oversee construction projects, ensuring time management and quality standards, if required to do so.

Problem Solving:-

Apply a proactive approach to problem solving, addressing and rectifying issues that may arise during projects.

Material Management:-

Effectively manage the use of construction materials, while ensuring minimal wastage.

Health and Safety:-

Comply with all safety regulations, building codes and company health and safety policy, ensuring a safe working environment for yourselves and others during all projects.

Customer Communications:-

Ability to professionally communicate with customers, address any concerns and provide timely updates on the progress of the project.

Team Work:-

Clear and professional collaboration with other member of the team, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure a flawless performance on all projects.

Requirements

Ability to meet in Hailsham at 7:00am each day. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Proven experience in a similar role. CIS Details:- Proof of Name, Address, Date of Birth, NI, UTR Own tools. Good time management. Strong attention to detail Problem-solving skills and an ability to think ahead. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay will be dependant on experience and skillset.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 150.00-200.00 per day
