The Role

We're looking for a skilled, self-employed operative with proven experience in general building works to join us on our Perth-based projects, with occasional work in Edinburgh and Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, experienced tradesperson to secure regular, well-organised work with a reputable contractor. You'll be assisting skilled tradesmen and working as part of a cohesive team on various construction projects across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

Undertake brickwork, blockwork, and stonework to the highest standards Assist on structural alterations and foundation work Concrete work and hard landscaping projects Work collaboratively with tradesmen and support project delivery Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail Adhere to all health and safety regulations on site Ensure work areas are kept clean and safe Follow project specifications and building regulations
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in brickwork, blockwork, and stonework Experience with structural alterations, foundations, and concrete work Knowledge of hard landscaping Self-employed status with a valid UTR (Unique Taxpayer Reference) Full driving licence Strong ability to work as part of a team and assist skilled tradesmen Knowledge of construction techniques and materials Valid CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) or willingness to obtain one Reliable, punctual, and professional approach Excellent health and safety awareness

Location
