The Role

This is a varied and rewarding position, working on a wide range of tools in different sizes and specifications. You will play a key part in maintaining our reputation for producing precision-engineered tools to the highest standards.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with a strong background in precision grinding or mechanical engineering. While training will be provided where required, you should bring:

Experience in precision surface or cylindrical grinding (manual and/or CNC) Ability to set and operate grinding machines to produce components to

0.01mm tolerance

Competence in carrying out your own in-process inspections to ensure work matches technical drawings A flexible, positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues
