Workshop Operatives
to join our
Paint Line
,
Assembly
, and
Finishing
departments.
What We Offer
Full-time, permanent employment
- no weekend work required
Contracted hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:30pm (42.5 hours per week)
Modern, well-equipped workshop
with excellent working conditions

About the Roles
We are recruiting across several key areas of our production process. Depending on your experience and skills, you may join one of the following teams:
Paint Line Operative
Responsible for preparing and coating timber components to exacting finish standards. You'll work with high-quality paints and finishes, ensuring consistent colour, texture, and durability across all products.
Assembly Operative
Involved in the precision assembly of bespoke timber windows and doors, ensuring all components fit and function perfectly. This role suits someone with excellent attention to detail and an understanding of quality craftsmanship.
Finishing Operative
Focused on the final preparation, detailing, and quality inspection of products prior to delivery. This includes minor adjustments, hardware fitting, and ensuring every product meets our high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities (All Roles)
Follow defined processes to ensure exceptional quality and consistency
Use air and power tools safely and effectively
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Work collaboratively within a team of skilled craftspeople and technicians
Uphold company standards for safety, workmanship, and efficiency

Essential Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a
manufacturing, joinery, painting, or assembly environment
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow technical instructions and work to production schedules
Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player
Desirable
Experience with
timber-based or bespoke joinery products
Competence with
air and power tools
Understanding of
health & safety
practices in a workshop environment
