About the role
Please note: This role is fixed term for 5 years from the start date
The post will be primarily focused on supporting an Innovation and Knowledge Centre (IKC) in Neuromorphic Computing Hardware.
The Skills and Training Manager will create and deliver skills training and events in support of the aims of the Centres/Institutes assigned. This position requires a post-holder who can work flexibly and effectively with a wide range of people.

About you
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate:

  • Undergraduate degree in an Engineering or STEM subject or equivalent level of knowledge and experience.
  • Experience of delivering a variety of in-person and online/virtual training events.
  • The ability to deal with difficult or urgent situations diplomatically and calmly.
  • Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
  • Experience of evaluating delivered training.
