Job Description

We are seeking a manager who has a mix of strong leadership, interpersonal skills and a deep commitment to education and professional development. This exciting role will support and coordinate our Apprenticeship Community of Practice including Ofsted readiness by supporting the delivery of high-quality apprenticeship provision within our academic and professional services community.

To succeed in the role, you should have:

Experience in developing and delivering guidance and training to a range of stakeholders; this training will be used in sessions to enhance the delivery of apprenticeship programmes.

Be able to apply specialist knowledge in delivering and developing exceptional services for apprentices.

Have experience in delivering professional development workshops.

Organisational capabilities to ensure digital architecture of resources, future proofing the shared resource area for use of all staff involved in apprenticeships.

Ability to inspire and lead a team, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Experience of coaching and mentoring or equivalent including providing advice and guidance to staff.

Knowledge of Higher and Degree Apprenticeships and awareness of the Education Inspection Framework and OfS External Quality Assurance of End Point Assessment requirements is desirable.

As part of the interview, we would like candidates to deliver a 10 minute presentation on 'How you will collaborate with others to drive a culture of continuous improvement through the Apprenticeship Community of Practice'.
