As we enter an exciting phase of growth, we're looking for a Senior Beauty Therapist / Skin Specialist to join our expert team and help drive the business forward.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified and experienced therapist to join a results-driven salon with a supportive, nurturing team. You'll carry out advanced skincare and beauty treatments, support clients on their skin journeys, and play an integral role in the growth of Novum Skin & Wellness.

Treatments We Offer:

Medik8 Facials & Chemical Peels Rejuvapen Micro-needling CACI Non-Surgical Face Lifts Bio Sculpture Gel Nails Full range of beauty treatments (waxing, massage, tinting, etc.)

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

NVQ Level 3 (minimum) in Beauty Therapy Experience and interest in advanced skincare Confident in performing a wide range of beauty treatments A friendly, professional, and reliable attitude Excellent communication and customer care skills Willingness to continue learning and developing professionally

Desirable:

CACI Non-Surgical Face Lift trained Bio Sculpture Gel Nails trained NVQ Level 4 (particularly in advanced skin or aesthetic treatments)

What We Offer:
